  • The exterior is to be added with Structural Glazing & Alicomate.

  • It has Shops & Godowns on the First three Floors including Basement & Flats on the Last Floor.
  • The circulation pattern for the Shops is very simple Linear one. It has two central courtyards around which the whole bldg. Is planned.
  • The single loaded corridor is provided for the Shops. All the wings are connected at intervals to ease the communication.
  • The corridors are opens out to the exterior to increase the display space for the Shops.
  • The Facade is a Grand Entrance for such a large scale building and also suits the location.
